
Ruchira Glaser, MD, FACC received her
bachelor's degree and medical degree from Cornell University
Medical College in New York City, NY. She also holds a
master's degree in epidemiology from the University of
Pennsylvania, Philadelphia, PA. Dr. Glaser completed her
residency in internal medicine and her Fellowship in
Cardiovascular Medicine and Interventional Cardiology at the
University of Pennsylvania Medical Center in Philadelphia.
She formerly served as an Assistant Professor of Medicine in
the Department of Medicine at the University of
Pennsylvania. Dr. Glaser's procedural skills include:
cardiac catheterization, percutaneous coronary intervention,
percutaneous balloon valvuloplasty, and peripheral vascular
intervention. She specializes in the area of Women and
Cardiovascular Disease, and has been published in JAMA for
her work in this area. Dr. Glaser is board certified in
Internal Medicine, Cardiovascular Disease, and
Interventional Cardiology.
