Angkeow, MD, FACC
Dr. Angkeow is Board-certified
in internal medicine, cardiovascular disease, and clinical
cardiac electrophysiology. He received his undergraduate
degree in biochemistry and economics from Columbia University.
He obtained his medical degree from The University of Chicago Pritzker School of Medicine. His internship and residency
were completed at The Presbyterian Hospital of Columbia-Presbyterian
Medical Center in New York. Dr. Angkeow finished his fellowship
in cardiovascular disease and clinical cardiac electrophysiology
at the Johns Hopkins Medical Institutions in Baltimore, Maryland.
During his education and training, he received awards from
National Institutes of Health and National Science Foundation.
He has published and presented his research in molecular
biology, genetics, and clinical cardiology at the national
meetings.
