Laeeq Ahmer, MD, FACC

Dr. Ahmer completed his internal medicine residency at the University of Illinois in 1999 and his cardiovascular fellowship at Geisinger Medical Center in 2002.  He specializes in all aspects of invasive and noninvasive cardiology including nuclear stress testing, echocardiography and cardiac catheterization.  Dr Ahmer is a member of the American College of Cardiology and the American Society of Nuclear Cardiology and Echocardiography. He is board certified in internal medicine and cardiovascular disease and is certified by the National Board of Echocardiography and the National Board of Nuclear Medicine.  Dr. Ahmer joined Cardiology Consultants in 2007.
